Check-in is from 4 pm till 7 pm. Check-out is till 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are exceptional and depend on availability; an extra charge for each option might be applied.

Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Property.

This reservation is not transferable.

Cancellation of the room within 5 days before check-in and no-show-up will not be compensated. This serves as compensation for the empty rooms. Cancellation is not possible for non-refundable rates.

All rooms have automatic ventilation, heating and air conditioning; we kindly ask you to keep the windows closed.

There is free tea and coffee at guests' disposal in the common kitchen.

We are happy to offer guests the opportunity to choose from our honesty bar some soft drinks, local beers and wines. Prices are indicated on the list and need to be paid in cash per room and final consumption.

There is a separate storage room for bikes at guests' disposal (max 8 bikes), as well as free cleaning products and materials for bikes.

There is no possibility of parking at our premises. Guests can use free public parking at Vesten, which is just 50 meters beneath our domain. Please keep in mind that during yearly fairs places to park will be limited.

Quiet hours Mon-Sun are 10 pm to 7 am.
